The CRC is headed by a board of four members -- the chairman and three vice-chairmen. The handling of the day-to-day business is done by a managing director and his assistants. All researchers involved are listed under the corresponding research areas of the CRC. Moreover, the CRC is competently advised by an advisory board consisting of highly distinguished persons from industry and academia.
Last but not least, the doctoral candidates of the SFB are integrated in the Paderborn Center for Advanced Studies in Computer Science and Engineering (PACE). The PACE organizes the PhD programs at the University of Paderborn in the disciplines mathematics, mechanical and electrical engineering, computer science and natural sciences. Thereby, PACE is the central scientific mechanism of the University of Paderborn for the execution of international structured postgraduate degree programs.
