Title: On the cross-cutting-topic "Reputation and Certificates"

There will be given an "introductory talk" (roughly 20 minutes) followed by several "breakout discussion groups" (roughly 60 minutes). In the final meeting each "breakout group" will give a short presentation on its discussion results.
