On June 2, 2015, Dr. Sebastian von Mammen from the University of Augsburg will give a talk about "Ready for Action: Challenges of Swarm-Based M&S for Real-World Applications" in the context of the SFB 901 colloquium.

The German Research Foundation (DFG) has decided to give a project extension for the collaborative research centre (CRC 901) at the University of Paderborn for four more years.

On April 27, 2015, Sebastian Abshoff has successfully defended his PhD thesis on "On the Complexity of Fundamental Problems in Dynamic Ad-hoc Networks". Sebastian Abshoff is team member of the SFB 901 subproject A1 and his supervisor is Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Meyer auf der Heide. We sincerely congratulate Sebastian on passing the examination!
