On July 8, 2015, Prof. Dr. Hendrik Blockeel from the Leiden University will give a talk about "Declarative data analysis" in the context of the SFB 901.

On July 8, 2015, Christine Markarian has successfully defended her PhD thesis on "Online Resource Leasing".

On July 8, 2015, Jun.-Prof. Dr. Michaela Geierhos from the Paderborn University will give a lecture about "Semantische Informationsverarbeitung im Web 2.0 -- Auf der Spur der Rezensenten: Automatische Identifikation von Bewertungskriterien, Stimmungen und Widersprüchen" in the context of the SFB 901.

On July 7, 2015, Philip Wette has successfully defended his PhD thesis on "Optimizing Software-Defined Networks using Application-Layer Knowledge".
